* Contribute to develop and deploy HR strategies with related to ownareas. Develop roadmaps to ensure strategies are achieved. * Manage and deploy global talent acquisition, employee experience, diversity and employee out placement concepts, policies, plans and programs as well as the global vendors and systems. * Manage and consult long-term and mid-term recruitment plan sregarding the talent pipeline/ gaps and business requirements. * Support HR Business Partners and line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy. * Execute management level sourcing and recruitment processes. * Contribute to develop and deploy EVP strategy. Develop internal communications strategy related to EVP. Facilitate, manage and consult the internal and external deployment(inc. socialmedia) in coordination with the HRBPs. * Managecorporatewideandglobal communicationplatforms. * Manage employee engagement surveys and follow up action planning. * Continually monitor and assess the trends and benchmarks of talent acquisition and employee experience programs and practices. * Manage and review budget and global metrics of the processes and programs with related to own area as well as on boarding and warmup programs. Evaluate effectiveness and competitiveness. Initiate development plans/ actions.
Managing recruitment process both insourcing and outsourcing within the scope of determined time, materials and standarts. Providing information and communication between company and employess during recruitment processes; planning activities to increase employee engagement; developing and carrying out projects to strengthen employer brand. Planning annual permanent staff with HR Consultants; making recruitment plans of investment projects and recruitting following the plan. * Carrying out recruitment process within the scope of determined time, material and standarts; and reporting. * Planning new projects (Project of new processes in recruitment, onboarding project, Young Talent Projecst etc.) to effect and improve talent acquisition process; taking necessary actions and managing the whole process, * Managing social media accounts effectively to strengthen employer brand, * Carrying out and following projects to improve and update company portal which will provide internal information for employees, * Planning all kinds of activities for internal communication and managing the whole process, * Managing and controlling the unit’s budget effectively. * Enriching resume databases by varying and activating recruitment channels. (sourcing) * Carrying out training and development actions which will improve recruitment competencies. * Developing test and assessment materials to support the recruitment competency of selecting the right employee for the right job. * Developing and generalizing onboarding programme for new employees to support their adaptation to the company and job.
