I am a J.D. graduate from Georgetown University Law Center with interests in corporate law, cross-border transactions, international business, and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT). I am particularly interested in legal roles involving global business and emerging technologies. Prior to law school, I earned an M.S. in Quantitative Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania, where I was a Graduate Fellow at the James Joo-Jin Kim Center for Korean Studies, and an M.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Oxford, where I specialized in crime, cybercrime, and governance. I received my B.A. from Georgetown University in Law & Society, with concentrations in Government and Women’s and Gender Studies, and minors in Regional Asian Studies and Disability Studies. My background across law, policy, and empirical research has shaped my interest in helping clients navigate complex legal issues at the intersection of business, technology, and international markets.
