Project Manager for ERP implementations
Project Manager and technical resource for hire. Responsible for Internal Projects: Cloud Project: Plan the structure in the cloud, identify data owners and users, agree on user rights, create the new structure and user rights, move data, inform and shut down the old solution. Electronic travel claim: Facilitate the use of electronic travel claim including use of own car. Adaptation of the solution together with the supplier. Create user guides, inform the users and support at startup. Eco-Lighthouse: Particpated in the work to become an Eco-Lighthouse (Miljøfyrtårn).
Responsible for two projects; Two Active heave compensated Offshore cranes under construction in Shanghai, China and two Active heave compensated Offshore cranes under construction in Mandal, Norway. Day to day coordination with Purchasers, Logistics and Technical personnel at TTS, with the crane builders and the costumer. Monthly financial- and project reporting.
I have primarily worked as a Project manager within different business sectors, but also as a technical resource. Projects include designing requirement specifications, replacing an existing ERP solution with a new one, introducing ITIL in connection with planning for a new business platform and Management for hire as Head of department. I have utilized tools such as VSM, ITIL and Lean.
