Handle in-bound and outbound via various communication channels including social media Perform reservations for hotel room, restaurant, transportation and other 3rd party services, perform up-sell and cross-sell whenever opportunity arises. Develops a rapport with external and internal customers of NUSTAR to establish customer loyalty Ensure resolution of all reservation issues and consistent provide feedback to Hotel Operations on-behalf of casino patrons and Casino Marketing team. Work closely to operations team to implement and maintain a proper and smooth day by day operations. In addition: handling the social media platform of the property such as (instagram,Facebook,messenger,and email); ensuring inquiries and concern will be addressed accordingly
