• Responsible for planning and delivering each event, maintaining an overview of staffing, infrastructure, logistics and budgets and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to respond to the unique requirements and needs of each project • Work alongside the Artistic Directors on all programme matters and liaise with the Front of House Manager for appropriate planning. Assess the production needs of the shows and performances, review contracts and liaise with Venue Manager and Technical Directors. • Plan and devise accurate schedules (production, rehearsal, sound-check, load-in and strike) and maintain and troubleshoot the daily schedules during the Festival. • Manage the production budget as assigned by the Directors (HR, rentals, purchases, and venue-related costs), costing the technical rehearsal and performance schedule, sourcing/costing and acquiring production rentals and purchases. • Ensure that health and safety regulations are met and produce risk assessments • Liaise with all artists and their respective managers and collate tech and hospitality riders • Arrange accommodation, visas, travel and per diems for visiting artists and produce detailed itineraries • Coordinate a team of sound, light and AV specialists and manage third party contractors including fabricators, photographers, videographers and a bar manager • Provide services as Stage Manager
• Developed, planned and executed the pop-up exhibition in two venues, installed the artworks, wrote the press release and liaised with press, created price lists, managed all sales and negotiated with clients, designed the exhibition poster and all visual material. • Edited and designed the artist book "Cançó muda", a collaboration between artist Gorka Chillida and poet Vicenç Altaió.
• Coordinated the event “Liberté”, a marathonian, plurilingual reading of the poem by Paul Éluard, read by 139 personalities from the cultural and artistic scene of Barcelona, among general audience who wished to join over a period of 12 hours. • Devised the guest list with the curator, managed the participation process, prepared schedule and managed the live event
• Curated the reopening show of the gallery, presenting the work of upcoming artist Gorka Chillida, alongside the display of editions by internationally renowned artists of the Concrete Art movement (Jakob Bill, Max Bill, Lanfranco Bombelli, Antonio Calderara, Adolfo Estrada, Dario Grossi, Heijo Hangen, Max Huber, Sol Lewitt, Richard Paul Lohse and François Morellet) • Organised transport and installation, created price lists, managed all sales, wrote the press release and liaised with press
