I led the development and writing processes of projects by analyzing the needs and goals of organizations. I was responsible for planning and executing all activities from the beginning to the completion of the projects. By creating the project budget and managing resources, I ensured the sustainability of the projects. I implemented risk analysis and management processes to proactively address potential challenges in the projects. I led 8+ entrepreneurship programs and projects, managing project processes by working with entrepreneurs and conducting impact analysis of the projects. I mentored teams involved in projects, enhancing their competencies. I regularly held meetings with project stakeholders, ensuring the full coordination of the projects. I conducted performance evaluation and measurement studies after the projects, reporting the outcomes and providing strategic recommendations for future projects. I developed and implemented projects in various fields such as impact, artificial intelligence, technology, banking, aviation, wastewater management, and agriculture.
The program, which will last for 10 months and will take place with 90 students selected from among many applications, will enable us to lead a better working life in an environment where we can share our ideas and expectations about business life.

As one of the 15 teams selected for the ÜNLÜ&Co Kadın Teknolojileri Girişimcilik Program where 85 different ideas from all over Turkey compete, we are at the stage of mvp development and customer negotiations.
