Fixed-Term Smart Start - Supporting recruitment process making telephone interviews with candidates and organizing interviews, -Participating interviews and case studies, -Taking up references about potential employees, preparing all forms and procedures, -Assessing internship applications both for high school and university students, -Scheduling trainings both for blue collar and white collar employees, -Organizing and following orientation plans for employees, -Support role for all HR areas as everyone's backup.
