I am a Business Analyst within the Internet Banking channel, contributing to the analysis and testing of core Internet Banking processes—such as the direct debit system, commercial cards, and money transfers—covering call center and back-office functions. I also provide support for Open Banking 2.0 initiatives through ad-hoc business analysis.
Participated in the implementation of an MRP system, streamlining the procurement process and improving inventory management efficiency. Played a crucial role in line-balancing projects aimed at minimizing bottlenecks and enhancing production throughput. Engaged in lean manufacturing workshops and gemba walks to identify and eliminate waste from production processes.
Helping create reports for production planning, control production, prepare forms for quality control, and prepare a product selection program for the purchasing department.
YetGen is a 12-week 21st Century Competencies Training Program where pieces of training such as Effective Presentation Techniques, Teamwork, Career Planning, Excel, Information / Media / Finance Literacy, Social Innovation, and GirişGen process have been organized. I am completing the assignments given during the Yetkin Gençler Education and Awareness Program, and learn to establish my enterprise with the focus of the UN Sustainable Development Goals within the GirişGen process.
