Providing support to EMEA Field Marketing projects alongside HR responsibilities. Assisting in campaign coordination and collaborating with regional teams across EMEA.
Screening internship applications, scheduling interviews via Microsoft Teams, and supporting managers during evaluation processes. Overseeing the complete onboarding process for interns, including coordinating background checks and SCoC training. Working closely with global teams during onboarding to ensure processes are aligned and completed smoothly. Handling intern account setup, extension, and deactivation in Microsoft systems. Tracking intern progress through Excel and preparing monthly headcount reports. Providing support for employee personnel files and related documentation. Leading the Microsoft Intern Community (MIC), organizing career-focused, social, and professional development events to enhance intern engagement and experience.
Supporting recruitment and interview processes, including resume screening, candidate communication, and interview scheduling. Managing onboarding documents and maintaining personnel files in line with HR standards. Maintaining and updating employee records in SAP HR. Assisting corporate training programs (e.g., HeForShe) and onboarding activities. Creating Excel-based tracking files for candidate status and interview outcomes.
