CGS Center is a consulting firm that helps family owned businesses to sustain and build their corporate governance structures. CGS is founded by Dr. Güler Manisalı Darman who is an extremely respected business woman and a lecturer in the field. During my internship, I wrote various job descriptions for companies in different industries, assissted with research, analysis and reporting on corporate governance issues. In light of my researches, I wrote articles for company newsletter and prepared social media posts, and prepared presentations for companies we serve. Also, I reviewed and corrected materials to be used in company trainings.
I attended webinars the given on various subjects for one month: Trends of the future, ChatGPT, Emotional Endurance, Self-Leadership, Personal Image Management, Work, Life and Nutrition Balance, Crisis Management, Banking from Yesterday to Today, Agile Management, Innovation & Corporate Entrepreneurship, A Sustainable World. By passing the exam held at the end of the program, I was eligible to receive a certificate of completion.
