- Being the main point of contact for global HR queries. - Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle globally. - Contract preparation, reference letters, onboarding, promotions, role changes, internal transfers, employment changes, salary reviews, resignations and terminations. - Implementing and developing HR policies and processes. - Advising on labor laws and regulations globally to ensure 100% compliance during recruitment, resignation and termination processes. - Implementing and leading employee engagement initiatives. - Completing offboarding process and documentation of departing employees. - Managing GDPR related documentation and employee consent records. - Analyzing HR metrics to support decision-making. - Collaborating with senior managers to define recruitment strategy.
