• Assist in administering test tools both online and offline & scoring in online and offline assessment projects • Helping the consulting division with job analysis projects and workload analysis • Helping the training division in conducting training programs as a facilitator and observer • Conducting quality control or cross-checking the final outcomes and final assessment reports
