Trained and supervised up to five colleagues, ensuring adherence to protocols for accurate and efficient processing. Conducted venipuncture for blood collection, performed COVID-19 testing, IgM antibody analysis, biobanking, RT-PCR testing, and managed the accessioning of up to 5,000 test samples daily.
