    At the time of joining Travelport, the company operated in 167 countries and had an employee workforce of 44k, in over 55 countries around the world. My Spotlights include: I was a key member of the original HRTS OASIS implementation team, from the first conference room pilot to go-live. I was the Technical Lead for global delivery of: Oracle iRecruitment; job board postings to leading global job sites; and the outsourcing the recruitment function, in conjunction with Randstad Sourceright and Hyphen UK. The implementation of ImageNow to capture, manage workflow and destruction of employee personnel files, whilst adhering to legal requirements of each country we operated in. I completed personalisations of ESS, MSS and core HR Generalist webpages. I created Oracle UPK content for the provision of interactive end user training. I created and maintained Oracle Total Reward Statements. I was the Technical Lead on projects to deliver key data interfaces to: payroll providers; benefits providers; Active Directory; Symantec for JML provisioning activities; etc. I developed and deployed KBACE Technologies Inc. KBX Kube Manager Templates to enable HR and legal compliance reporting and created Oracle Discoverer reports. I was responsible for developing and maintaining Performance Review templates in SAP SuccessFactors. I packaged desktop applications, such as Oracle 10g and KBX Kube Manager, so that they were installed and maintained, on demand, via Altiris Deployment software.
