Iordanis Iordanidis has a 25+ years of extensive banking experience in credit and non-performing exposures (NPES) management. From September 1992 up to April 2013, he has participated in the setting up and development of 2 financial companies (Fiat Credit Hellas and Piraeus Multifin) and 2 Banks (Marfin Egnatia Bank & Cyprus Popular Bank ) as Retail Credit Director, with extensive experience in the follow issues: • Credit Assessment (Credit Cards, Consumer Loans, Mortgage Loans, Small Business Loans, Car -Moto Loans Stock Finance, SME), • Collection of debts, • Negotiation and Restructuring, • Managing Customers with final Delayed Payables, (Recoveries) and initiating legal actions when customers fail to respond in the agreed legal arrangements, (Legal Actions). From January 2017 up to Jun 2021, he has been working as Quality Assurance, Audit and Personal Data Management System Head at FirstCall S.A. Also, he is an expert in drafting and submitting to The Bank of Greece files for the granting of license managing non-performing exposures in accordance with Law 5072/2023, (Servicer).
