Customer support representative for UK customers - Handling enquiries and requests from customers on e-mail based platform. - Resolving customer issues based on the operating procedures available for each case. - Order processing and payment verification. - Providing information about products and services - Review or make changes to customer orders - Record details of customer contacts and actions taken upon resolving the enquiry or issue Stock Management: - processing notifications related to stock availability - keeping the online catalogues updated - informing customers of stock issues and offering alternatives - negotiating discounts with suppliers Liaise with couriers: - emailing delivery notifications - informing customers about delivery delays and processing rescheduling or redirection requests
Bitdefender Project - Ensure L1 Level of Support via email, phone for Bitdefender customers in the agreed terms and conditions - Meet the SLA requirements and the internal procedural workflow
