Responsible for the HR strategy and consistent implementation of all HR practices in the following areas: - prepare and update job descriptions, regulation order inside, the collective agreement,elaborating recruitment announcement, screening application and selecting candidates according to specifications,face-to-face interview, recruitment delivery, recruitment reports, informs candidates of all aspects of job, including job requirements,compensation and benefits,preparation and implementation of Hr strategy; - contribute to the salaries and benefits along with the department of finance; - keep in touch with providers for SHE services (safety, health, environment) for employees - provide continuous advisory for employees; - certified trainer;
- identify opportunities for development on the local HR services market; - promote and sell HR Services: temporary placement, permanent placement, temp to perm, payroll services, master vendoring, on-site-management, trainings, outplacement, market research, different types of analyses; - establishing an accurate flow of information between the clients, the team and the employees; Solving various requests from clients and employees - activly developing the customer base mainly through the acquisition of strategic customers and new costumers; - establish contracts with potential customers; - negotiate services contracts ; - providing quality customer service; - identify and gather information on the HR services market in order to achieve the sales and networking objectives; - maintaining relationships with existing clients, - ensuring information flow; - requests to the Accounting Department, issuing invoices according to signed contracts and debt collection; - reporting activities. - recruiting : white & blue collars, different positions ,entry/middle/top management
