Ensure all Master Data processes and work flows are understood and followed by stakeholders. Review and improve SAP data quality for Business Partner area via KPI and trainings. Coordinate SAP ONE rollout to non-SAP factories and offices, planning and implementing the Master Data Business Partner (customers and vendors) area. Coordinate Master Data integrations for legacy systems and new platform together with Solution Architects and Technical Leads. Create plans and communicate deadlines to complete projects on time. Convert data into actionable insights by predicting and modeling raw data into high-quality structured consumption tables. Coordinate the development team in adhering to committed time plan and deliver according to stakeholder needs. Setup access roles and restrictions according to company IT Security policy. Utilize data warehousing and visualization tools to create dashboards and visualizations for data intelligence, KPI monitoring and analysis. Train business users in using delivered dashboards and consumption tables, reducing time to insights. Review and improve the Ericsson Sourcing data foundation through data mining, cleansing, and structuring, to improve the quality of output reports, analyses, and insights. Collaborate with stakeholders, to create reports and analyses based on stakeholder needs and company directives. Support Strategic Sourcing Managers and Category Leads in Supplier negotiations. Tableau dashboards creation and development, regarding following topics: - Secure Supply and Risk Mitigation - Component Age Profiling and System Usability - Supplier Spend and Price development - Category Spend and Product distribution - Quote Analysis Tool - Contract Accuracy
Responsible for New Customer Introduction and New Product Introduction for European customers across multiple segments, such as: Healthcare, Industrial, Telecommunications and Aerospace and Defense. Complete Product Data Management services and end-to-end data setup for new and existing customers and products: - Analyze Customer Bill of Material and Product Data. - Ensure 100% product data availability required for manufacturing process. - Translate and convert BOM and product data to Celestica format. - Follow up and close on all manufacturing data issues with engineering team and/or customer product data team. - Ensure a high level of quality and data completeness to support internal manufacturing processes. - Plan and roll out Engineering changes in an organized and timely manner. Provide data and understanding to cross functional teams such as Sourcing, Planning, Procurement and Engineering. Continuous quality and service time improvements.
