I am a dual-qualified lawyer (Solicitor in England & Wales and Greek lawyer) and have extensive experience in all types of marine related transactional matters. I have been involved in all non-contentious aspects of marine projects, including LNG projects, ship sale and purchase, ship financing and wider corporate matters. I have predominantly acted for owners and operators and my practice covers matters such as shipbuilding and conversion contracts, charter parties, sale and leaseback structures, flagging and vessel registration arrangements and carrying out marine related due diligence for corporate acquisitions.
