Responsibilities: - Maintain open communication with Country Engineering leadership and Project Management - Ensure the good technical delivery of the projects - Support Engineering Manager with participation in European S&OP process - Recruitment of engineering resources to meet the demands of German engineering team - Ensure that all engineering team resources have an appropriate technical training and development plan - Manage the language skill sets of the team in order to meet the business requirements - Ensure that all engineering team resources have a Performance Excellence Plan (PEP) which is reviewed on a regular basis annually - Management and reporting of resource billing to appropriate activity codes through Clarity - Manage the utilization of the engineering team to meet the agreed targets - Support the Engineering Manager with communication, planning and forecasting
Responsibilities: - Work together with a project team on the development of automation systems configurations based on customer specifications; - Independently implement and test the project requirements, based on technical specifications; - Develop typical functions or operator Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) with the automation system; - Involvement in internal tests, Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests; - Identify areas of improvement for work procedure and methods; - Provide support for internal and external customers.
Publications: 17 scientific articles in national and international journals or in the volumes of national and international conferences, 10 scientific papers as the first author.
