From working with intervention students to partnering with school districts across Texas, I've learned that sustainable improvement rarely begins with a new curriculum. It begins with belief. That's why I founded Motivated Education. Through keynotes, professional learning, and strategic partnerships, I help schools strengthen the people who drive student success—educators, students, and families. My work is built on a simple philosophy: Mindset > Curriculum™ Because before students can achieve, someone must help them believe. Before teachers can inspire others, they must be reminded of the purpose that inspired them. And before schools can improve outcomes, they must build cultures where belief comes before results.
