I have extensive experience in the launch and distribution of (premium-)footwear brands in the D.A.CH. region. Latest project was focused on fine fragrance/ premium perfumes. Most recently I worked on go-to-market strategies for several brands including NIKE, ECCO & Timberland. With a turnover of up to 2 million Euros and a network of over 250 clients, I built strong relationships with key retailers. I conducted market analysis, developed pricing strategies and worked on global marketing initiatives to improve market positioning and drive sustainable growth. My skills in coordinating between sales and creative teams ensured a consistent brand presence in Central Europe.
