Certified Internship and Independent Study Programs (MSIB) provide students with opportunities to intern or undergo skill-based courses at world-class organizations. This program is managed centrally by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (MoECRT). With MSIB, they could spend one semester with reputable partner institutions PINTAR is a workforce development platform with a mission to empower labor through lifelong learning. PINTAR offers short courses for personal and professional development, degree programs with blended or online learning format, and training programs for improving human capital. Partner Solutions is a division that serves as an intermediary for collaboration in training programs between companies and external parties. Within this division, it is further divided into several sections, including Enterprise, Prakerja, and Degrees, with a focus on providing upskilling. Currently, I am in the role of the Prakerja team, where this program is a government initiative, and our task is to screen training institution documents and monitor the progress of training sessions, which will later be reported to the Project Manager Officer from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
