5+ years in Russian civil society and human rights, with experience in social media, research, editing, fundraising, and event management. My work covers everything Russia (domestic politics, foreign policy, civil society) as well as international relations, migration, online disinformation, and social movements. I believe that if there are words that can wound, there are also words that can heal, stop violence, and awaken what’s human in us. I write to find those words. – Developed and executed a long-term fundraising strategy for migrants and refugees, created and optimized donor engagement tools, enhancing financial sustainability; – Led 3 crowdfunding campaigns and organized 11 fundraising events, raising critical funds for migrant support.
