Iñigo Learning focuses on three major areas: •Purpose:I help individuals, teams, and organizations find their purpose to become the better version of themselves. •Masterminds:I discover this amazing tool that many world-class entrepreneurs use to grow their businesses.I have created several learning tribes, that use this powerful tool. •Learning Experiences:learning is not about training, e-learning, or microlearning, is about creating powerful experiences where people learn by doing, making mistakes, and teaching others.I collaborate with different SMEs like Dr. Britt Andreatta, I deliver her two brain-science-based training: the Change Quest® model and the Four Gates to Peak Team Performance®.I am also passionate about Cultural Intelligence and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and I also collaborate with Margaret Spence, together we create DEIB programs for organizations willing to commit to a more diverse workforce. I have worked in the for-profit and non-profit space, including an exporters’ association in Spain, two US greenfield operations, and two of the world's largest professional societies in talent development (ATD) and HR (SHRM).Although I had experienced great success, I found myself looking for something more. This led me to begin a self-discovery journey wherein I questioned what my real purpose was. Studying, questioning and a self-discovery process led me to discover my life purpose, which is “to inspire others to realize what they are capable of BEING”. I draw on my unique background in leadership, talent development, global business development, and marketing to unlock the best in people and organizations. I offer more than 27 years of experience ranging from global business development, marketing, and talent development which led me to work in more than 87 countries throughout my career.I became my own CEO to serve individuals, teams, and organizations that incorporate learning as the only way to thrive and move forward.I mix personal and professional development to create impactful learning experiences.
