Have been working in several positions in TTS since 07.1999. All the time I have been working at Technical department or with technical issues regarding delivery of cranes for mercantile and offshore vessels.
Yearly and 5-yearly controll of cranes and lifting equipment

Sales responsebility for offshore product in the Chinese marked.
“Second in Command” for Technical department. Assisted VP by being responsibility for the daily running of the department. The department has total 30+ employees on the 5 sections for hydraulic, electric, software, mechanical & structural integrity. Responsible for design progress, personal administration, resource planning & allocation, competence and training. Was acting VP in Technical Department from January to September 2011. During design and delivery of projects I assisted in meetings with customers and suppliers.
Responsibility for Technical department. The department has total 30+ employees on the 5 sections for hydraulic, electric, software, mechanical & structural integrity. Fully responsible for design progress, budgets, personal administration, resource planning & allocation, competence and training, sales & service support. Assisting sales department during customer meetings under sales process and later together with project managers in project meeting with customers. Representing TTS in DNV JIP’s (Joint Industry Research and Development Projects) for new standards and requirement for Offshore industry.
