Data Mining and Data Modelling: Gathered, controlled, and modeled supply chain data (demand, stocks, shipments, backlogs, OTIFS, etc) to identify key areas of business improvement. Results : A 54% reduction on shipping delays Non-Prime orders. Improved deliveries forecasting. Boost shipments by 20% - site Mouzon. Developed new key metrics Reporting Automation: Scripted (VBA, Python, SAP BI 4.2, SQL) daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to automate, previously manually done, and time-consuming tasks within the shipping service. Data visualization: Built visually striking dashboards in SAP BI, SAP BEx, Tableau, Excel. Converted data values into rich and easy-to-understand information. Data Analysis: Conducted ad hoc data analysis and report generation on relevant metrics to support effective decision-making on logistic challenges. Warehouse Management Optimization: Designed and implemented an algorithm (VBA) allowing to relocate products by delivery dates. A 70% reduction of unprepared loading orders. 300K€ annual savings. Project Management: Managed project "Design-It" (2018-2020). Deployment of a unified database containing the logistic routes (road, rail, fluvial and maritime) employed by the 7 production sites of ArcelorMittal France. The total volume of shipments concerned: 10 Million tons/year. Management and teamwork: Managed a team of 9 people (2019 - 2020), ensuring shipping activities and coordination with other services (warehouse management, production, customer service, etc.). Volumes 222K tons/month.
