Responsible for the supply chain of the Animal Health division of Bayer S.A. Central America and the Caribbean, planning and coordinating the purchases of finished products, semi-finished products, raw materials and packaging materials, to consolidate the product in the HUB of the division in Costa Rica, so that they can later be exported to all of Central America and some countries of the Caribbean (Cuba, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago). Through the application of a Planning and forecasting where together with those responsible for the different areas such as: sales, marketing, regulatory, exports and imports, we make the best decisions to cover the demand of each of the countries (S&OP process).
Lead the Export Department for the Divisions: Pharmacy and Animal Health in Brazil. Responsible for the logistics of dispatching the products under the best quality conditions, for the countries of Latin America, Algeria, Turkey and South of Asia (Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore).

Plan the production of veterinary products according to a quarterly needs plan. Coordinate with the Procurement Department the material needs according to the quarterly planning. Control that the production plan is fulfilled according to the requirements. Develop efficient production programs that allow the saving of materials and time during the production of the products. Manage the product warehouse, following all the guidelines of Good Storage Practices. Control inventories of finished product, semi-finished, raw materials and packaging material. Coordinate the distribution of products for national and international shipments.
