Computer Science graduate from Southeast University, now pursuing a Master's in Information and Cybersecurity at the University of Dhaka to deepen my expertise. I am a proactive cybersecurity enthusiast with hands-on experience gained at BGD e-GOV CIRT, focused on practical application and tool building. My strength lies in translating security concepts into functional Python and Bash scripts to automate tasks and enhance testing capabilities. My hands-on skills include: i. Penetration Testing Support: Assisted in VAPT for web apps and networks using tools like Burp Suite. ii. Security Tool Development: Built Python-based utilities for tasks like port scanning, secure file transfer (SFTP), phishing detection, and encryption to understand and demonstrate security principles. iii. Automation & Scripting: Developed scripts in Bash and Python to automate security processes, making vulnerability assessments more efficient. iv. Recently joined as a Management Trainee in the Cyber Security domain, where I am currently undergoing initial training and gaining exposure to enterprise networking and cybersecurity environments. I am learning the network & Security infrastructure implementation, security alignment, and organizational workflows by observing real-world implementations and assisting the team when required. This role is helping me build a strong foundation in networking and security practices while understanding how large-scale IT solutions are delivered in a professional setting. At BGD e-GOV CIRT, I contributed to SOC-focused defensive operations, supported beginner-level Vulnerability Assessment (VA) tasks, and assisted in the design and migration of CIRT internal web systems. Additionally, I worked as a supportive Python developer, helping build and maintain tools used for cyber drill exercises and security operations. i. Supported SOC (Security Operations Center) monitoring and defensive security operations ii. Assisted in Vulnerability Assessment (VA) activities at a beginner level iii.
