As a Listening Writer of the Equal Recovery Foundation, I am part of a growing group of people who are stepping forward to work together on the acceleration and simplification in the recovery operation of the childcare allowance affair. In the first step in the recovery operation process, I will listen to the personal (life) story of the disadvantaged persons of the childcare allowance affair and write down their story, as a human representation of all feelings and impactful events. The disadvantaged person decides for himself whether or not to take this Factual Account to the second step in the recovery operation. In it, the impact full events are translated into (im)material damage items, by a detailed Recovery Model. This gives the disadvantaged person an overview with which a substantiated and well-considered choice can be made for further processing in the third step in the recovery operation process. The settlement involves (*) concluding a settlement agreement with the government (*) a calculation of the actual damage via the Actual Damage Commission (*) other possible steps such as mediation, jurisdiction, etc.
