• Actively supported West Purwokerto Public Health Center in executing work programs by applying holistic, promotive, and preventive nursing principles across family and gerontological care settings. • Assisted in implementing health services, screenings, Posyandu, Prolanis, Posbindu (integrated health posts), and community education programs. • Successfully collaborated with families and cross-sectoral partners to resolve identified community health problems. Additionally, conducted cognitive therapy sessions for elderly groups as a core modality therapy.
• Led a focused health survey on kidney and urological disorders in Bantarsoka Village. • Delivered targeted health education to families and older adults based on the common health issues identified by the survey results. • Provided health education sessions on the dangers of hypertension, hypertension exercise and conducted free health screenings, including vital sign assessment, blood sugar check, cholesterol test, and urinalysis.
