Supports Regional Field Sales Leaders and teams developing collaborative partnerships to ensure compliance and proper utilization of Ricoh's sales strategy, processes and tools. • Aligns to business units and field leaders to provide Sales process and strategy expertise, communication and project management support, and strategic problem solving • Partners with Marketing, BU Leaders, Sales Training and Process Improvement on behalf of Sales • Collects and analyzes CRM metrics and sales performance data in order to increase sales productivity and drive compliance for key performance indicators. • Strategizes with Sales Leaders through monthly reviews to develop and deploy appropriate resources and/or solutions to ensure execution of the Sales Strategy • Responsible for communication of the Field Sales Coverage Guide with Sales Leaders • Project Manage the territory design and ensure the execution of territory changes working with sales operations resources • Maintains knowledge of all areas and sales drivers of business unit – strategy, compensation, quotas, training and field management • Consistently works to evolve processes, metrics and job duties to improve efficiency, and accuracy • Assists in the analysis of internal and external data sources to support sales strategies and programs
