Senior Project team manager responsible for a team of 12 members, quoting, designing and building installation at customer sides for the use of gas or liquid application.
Team manager with a mission to optimize the available stationary assets by analyzing the demand and supply chains and controlling the stock levels within the Benelux entity, coordinating from procurement to refurbishment and finally retirement. Additionally control, report and perform cost analysis within the bulk on site maintenance organisation.
EIIL is a non profit association which helps members to attract, retain and develop ‘next generation leaders’. The programme consist out of research-based workshops to develop members of the Talent Teams selected by the different associated companies. EIIL helps his members to build business networks, understand client attitudes and positions and develop talent. In addition they support the exchange of good practices and benchmark. As member, we learned to develop insights into future leadership issues in the industry.
