I build things that didn't exist: verticals, functions, systems, tools. Employee #1 at Sploot. Early hire at Zymrat. My whole career has been rooms where nothing was set up yet. I started in community, grew into growth and marketing, then into operations and tooling. Now I work across all of it — quarterly goals with a founder in the morning, shipping a Zapier automation or debugging Apps Script in the afternoon. What that's looked like: → Launched marketplace verticals from zero, scaling one to ₹1 Cr ARR across 20 cities. Owned P&L, pricing, supply, acquisition, retention. → Built community programmes that turned users into advocates: events, curricula, newsletters, engagement loops tied to retention. → Ran growth marketing across paid, lifecycle, and community — WhatsApp flows, push campaigns, cohort analysis, conversion optimisation. → Built the Customer Success function from scratch: team, tooling, processes. Hit industry-benchmark NPS. → Shipped 200+ automations (Zapier, n8n, Apps Script, Python, SQL) replacing manual work across sales, support, and reporting. → Built a Semantic QA Audit Bot (Python + SentenceTransformers) that auto-scores support tickets on empathy, accuracy, and closure. It replaced manual QA entirely. → Set up full tool stacks — Freshdesk, Mixpanel, WebEngage, Metabase, Notion — and designed the workflows on top. How I work: I think in systems. I translate a founder's vision into weekly execution. I automate before I hire. Roughly 60% of my day runs through AI — Claude, agents, and workflows I've built myself. Open to Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, Head of Growth, and Head of Operations roles at product-first startups. Off the clock: football, Formula 1, and hosting meetups.
Operating layer between founders and cross-functional teams — I own P&L across service verticals, run growth and community, manage customer success, and ship the automations that keep everything running without adding headcount. Launched and scaled Grooming and Walking across 20+ cities. Built the CS function from scratch. Shipped 200+ automations, saving hours per team member daily. Built a Semantic QA Audit Bot in Python that replaced manual ticket auditing. Cut CAC recovery time significantly through pricing and supply strategy. I translate vision into weekly execution — and automate the rest.
Owned community growth, product engagement, and monetisation for sploot's early user base. Grew active users to 15,000 at 10% MoM. Launched the in-app shop, taking transacting users from 1% to 10% in three months. Built and shipped Puppy Parenting School, the Learn section, and a listing platform — from scratch. Set up Mixpanel and WebEngage from the ground up; established the analytics and marketing stack the company still runs on.
Managed a network of 650+ community managers — content strategy, calendars, and UGC. Organised 10+ webinars and 20+ meet-ups across 25+ college and community partnerships. Led Merge Dev Colloquium 2020 — 6K attendees, 24K registrations, 12K YouTube impressions. First role where I learned that the best communities are built on trust, structure, and consistent value — not just events.
