Since I got my first degree, I am working as a project manager. First in the construction industry, where the biggest challenge was the Fly-Balaton Airport at Sármellék, but now in the automotive industry. After four very impressive jears at Audi Hungária I have new challanges as a program manager at Samsung SDI. Electromobility, batteries for the biggest OEMs to develop and produce is an interesting story which leads to the future.
My main task is to work closely with the equipment-suppliers and our production planners and production. I have to follow the time plans, and check, if the suppliers can hold it. I visit them at their place to discuss any risks, problems, what can occure, to help them, produce our equipment in time and in the highest quality.
My tasks were to coordinate the development of electrical control units for different customers from all over the world. I had to lead an SE-Team of layouters, reliability engineers and mechanical designers to successfully fulfill the customer requirements.
