About

I’m an engineer with a strong drive for continuous improvement and a keen interest in AI, data science, and analytics. I have three years of hands-on experience building research software for autonomous vehicles in academia and 1.5 years building conversational AI systems. I’ve also participated in several startup competitions with success, earning top placements and recognition. I’m motivated to explore the management side as well - owning projects end to end, coordinating stakeholders, and gradually taking on team leadership responsibilities.

Led the end-to-end integration of AI tools into real-world business solutions, with a focus on chatbot/voicebot platforms and backend infrastructure. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: - AI Tool Research & Evaluation Conducted comprehensive market and technical evaluations of conversational AI platforms. Collaborated with vendors, led product demos, tested tools hands-on, and delivered strategic recommendations to leadership, resulting in contracted partners. - Platform Mastery & Pilot Development Gained deep expertise in the selected conversational AI platform through close work with technical support teams. Built and customized pilot chatbots and voicebots, extending native features with bespoke code and delivered the pilots to clients. - Backend Architecture & Engineering Designed and implemented a backend system supporting the chatbot development/testing lifecycle. Tech Stack: FastAPI, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, MongoDB, MinIO, Docker. - Custom Testing Framework Developed a purpose-built chatbot testing and evaluation framework. Enabled task orchestration (Celery) and asynchronous API interactions for efficient test automation. - ERP System Backend Development Built core backend services and RESTful APIs for an internal ERP tool managing chatbot projects and client workflows. - Systems Integration Developed background workers and callback mechanisms for seamless integration between chatbots and third-party systems. - AI Tooling & Productivity Leveraged AI-powered dev tools (Claude Code, Warp) to accelerate development, demonstrating a future-forward engineering mindset. - Process Development Mapped and codified the end-to-end voicebot delivery lifecycle from discovery to post-launch. Designed the operating model (workflows, RACI, SOPs, quality gates, templates, checklists) and authored documentation so teams could ramp less than a week and start building with minimal context.
