- Handle multiple turnkey projects for oil to gas conversions in the New York area. - Maintain project budget, track expenditures, and money management. - Prepare engineered scope of work, perform and document technical reviews, and coordinate filings with gas utilities for calculation of natural gas for specific buildings. - Create purchase orders using SAP for each project and communicate with Procurement to stay on top of each order. -Interact with Engineers, Con Edison, National Grid, and various contractors/subcontractors on daily basis to ensure project designs and deliverables are completed on time. - Manage contractors/subcontractors and tasks completion through project lifecycle. - Manage to keep good relationship with clients and have the ability to deliver on time as promised. - Travel to residential/commercial buildings for project kick-off meetings with clients, inspections, bid walk-through, and gas start-ups. - Manage and coordinate all aspects of project execution including design package development, bid solicitation, contractor selection, contract review, on-site construction, utility connection, invoice approval, schedule monitoring, work order, and customer hand-off. - Maintain background knowledge of boilers, burners, boosters, piping, and oil tanks. - Calculate gas flow and comprehend specs and plans of residential buildings/hotels. - Understanding knowledge of permits/filings and NYC DOB. - Survey HVAC systems and review engineering drawings. - Survey interior and exterior lighting and plumbing fixtures for energy audits. - Handle energy efficient lighting projects in the New York area. - Review and develop policies and procedures to improve the boiler conversion and energy efficiency processes.
