Head of the Drug Development Operations Group, comprising functional expertise departments within the drug development organisation as well as a dedicated operations team ensuring consistent, efficient and effective operational approach across the drug development matrix organisation. Providing leadership and acting as a change agent through-out the entire growth trajectory of the drug development organisation. Contributing to project governance as a member of the drug development management board. Ensuring sound operations through managing the operational management board for the development organisation and integrating it with the relevant leadership across various internal shared services departments.
Taking the lead in transforming the Drug Development Organisation from a functional organisation into a balanced matrix organisation where project delivery is enabled through lean project teams consisting of the right function experts at the right moment.
