New SOP creation and modification of existing SOP as per business requirement Maintain the central repository of all SOPs and ensure it is 100% updated Ensure each staff is trained with new and existing SOPs by tracking regular certification via Communication Ensure each SOP is uploaded on LMS portal by L&D team Communicate teams on changes/enhancement in existing SOP or creation of new SOP
Responsible for West zone (Max and Splash) stores and warehouse process audit which includes Commercial, Inventory and Store/WH's Process. โข Conduct audits at the stores and warehouses as per defined guidelines and timelines โข Identify the emerging issues for consideration in reporting โข Check compliance to SOPs at stores and warehouses and report deviations โข Prepare and submit the audit exit reports โข Interact with all Departments and Functions to get MIS information on shrinkage, fraud, irregularities, exchanges, damaged stock, negative stock, Petty Cash verification & reconciliation and statutory compliance.
Responsible for West and South zone (Stores and DC) Store audit, training on various process and various report analysis.
