Project: SAP S/4HANA Implementation – Supply Chain Program - Manage IT workstreams for the SAP S/4HANA deployment, strengthening project governance and execution. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to structure and document business requirements. - Participate in design workshops, offering input on SAP Ariba and MRP integration. - Oversee planning, risk monitoring, and weekly progress reporting. - Support test management (UAT) and issue tracking in Jira. - Lead change management efforts to help procurement teams adopt new SAP Ariba processes.

Mobile Payment – Sopay.ma: Defined infrastructure scope, coordinated technical delivery, and managed budget and risk. PCI DSS Compliance: Led implementation of infrastructure controls ensuring regulatory standards were met. Highlights: Directed cross-functional infrastructure teams (network, systems, production). Reported to CTO and steering committee on progress, risks, and budget. Established delivery methodology and governance for multiple parallel projects.
