I’m a second‑year Biomedical Science student at Coventry University with a strong interest in clinical science, patient care, and the practical work that supports safe and effective healthcare delivery. Through my studies and hands‑on experience in a community pharmacy, I’ve developed a solid understanding of professional standards, confidentiality, and the importance of accuracy in healthcare environments. My pharmacy experience gave me exposure to dispensing processes, stock control, patient interaction, and supporting pharmacists in a busy, fast‑paced setting. I learned how essential attention to detail, communication, and teamwork are in ensuring patient safety — values that align closely with NHS expectations. Alongside my academic and clinical experience, I’ve taken on leadership roles such as Head Girl and Head of Year, where I developed strong organisational skills, responsibility, and the ability to support others. I’ve also been involved in fundraising and volunteering, reflecting my commitment to community wellbeing. I’m passionate about developing my laboratory skills, expanding my clinical knowledge, and contributing to environments where high standards of care and professionalism matter. I’m particularly interested in roles within NHS services, diagnostic laboratories, and pharmacy settings where I can apply my skills, learn from experienced professionals, and make a meaningful impact. I’m open to connecting with healthcare professionals, laboratory teams, and organisations offering placements, part‑time roles, or early‑career opportunities within the NHS or clinical science pathways.
