•Acquiring and developing new telecommunications sites through finding sites, filing documents, preparing, and submitting documents for approval, drafting construction drawings, and following through to approval •Supervision and quality control for implementation activities of turnkey greenfield and rooftop telecommunication sites (including Site kick off, excavation, steel fixing, formwork, concrete pouring, backfilling & compaction, erection of telecom tower, installation of telecom shelter, cable trays/gantry works installation of antennas, electrical and grounding works, etc.) •Ensuring project funds are available and that accurate forecasts are maintained throughout the various phases of the project •Searching for new products, technology, suppliers, and solutions •Compiling project proposals to determine project goals, describe scope, and verifying the cost of materials and services •Leading site acquisition teams, conducting RF & TX surveys and preparing line of site report and site search report including all AutoCAD drawings •Preparing achievement reports and attending weekly meetings with client’s representatives •Attending of civil & telecom Preliminary Acceptance Test (PAT) and ensuring site readiness from all aspects •Reviewing civil, electrical, and electromechanical detailed engineering drawings before submitting to client and preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) •Preparing project implementation plan and ensuring the accomplishment of the overall plan •Perform multiple site inspections to monitor the progress •Ensuring that all work stages have been completed according to the approved design drawing, safety regulations, and client’s specifications and procedures •Performing both slump and temperature tests on ready-mix concrete at site. •Supervising all telecom works including installation of antennas, feeders, and equipment •Supervision of all electrical works for telecommunication sites
• Planning, designing, and commissioning of new steel wires drawing machines and steel ropes stranding machines including all control panels, feeder power cables, motors, PLC, and speed drives • Developing of old steel wires drawing machines and steel ropes stranding machines, and upgrading them from working with old classic control system to be working with programmable logic controller and speed drives • Developing and upgrading of heat treatment and galvanization lines • Designed the sizes of circuit breakers, power & control cables, and all the power requirements for the new machines • Interpreting specification, drawings, design criteria, wiring diagrams and all relevant documentations and catalogues for the new steel wire drawing machines and steel rope stranding machines as well as its control systems • Estimated and ordered all materials, equipment, and resources used for developing of old machines • Working with various Automation Systems such as Drives (LS iG5A, LS iP5A, Siemens Drives), PLC (LS Master K Family, S7-200, S7-300) and Autonics products (Proximity sensors, Counters, Temperature controllers) • Carrying out all electrical maintenance works in the factory • Troubleshooting of the electrical & electronics failures and discovered failures reasons. • Solving daily problems that may happen during machines operation • Involving in the preparation of company tenders for our factory supply, installation & maintenance projects • Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of electrical & electronic machineries and control systems • Prepare material cost, timing estimates, and design specifications for electrical and electronic systems and equipment • Develop maintenance and operation procedures for electrical and electronic systems and equipment • Ensuring that installation and operations of the machineries are conforming with manufacturer instructions or recommendations
