Currently working in financial management for programmes and projects at Airbus Defence and Space. I am part of the Finance NextGen Graduate Programme, designed to develop the group's future financial leaders. With excellent communication and leadership skills, I achieve the objectives entrusted to me with professionalism, efficiency and integrity. At the same time, I have a strong interest in strategic and defence issues, particularly through my involvement with IHEDN, which enriches my understanding of geopolitical and industrial challenges.
Finance NextGen is a selective leadership four years Graduate Program to identify young finance professionals and prepare them to move into managerial positions with a significant degree of responsibility and exposure to top management. The programme is based on two individually tailored assignments in different finance functions and countries.
▪ Responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of more than 70 strategic projects (Decision Superiority and Maritime Surveillance), with an active role in defining and guiding key decisions: profitability analyses, P&L monitoring, contractual adjustments and financial arbitration, ▪ Supporting the optimisation of financial and operational performance, by identifying growth drivers, anticipating variances and co-constructing action plans with project teams, ▪ Acting as a decision-making partner for PMO and management: drawing up budgets, financial reviews, in-depth analyses of KPIs (orders, revenues, margins, cash), with strong added value in terms of steering strategy.
▪ Audit and certification assignments (French GAAP & US GAAP) specialising in industrial fields for major groups and SMEs with sales of between €45 billion and €50 million (automotive, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, etc.), ▪ Active participation in all phases of the audit (internal control, cycle testing, reporting and synthesis analysis) with a solid understanding of the financial and strategic issues related to the business, sectors and clients, ▪ Supervision of trainees.
Central team responsible for managing the budget process (MYB) on the new Anaplan tool for Thales's DIS activity.
▪ Analysis and reporting of Group Indicators for the Digital Identity & Security GBU, which covers 70 entities worldwide (CAPEX, DSO etc.), ▪ Analysis of balance sheet accounts (third-party suppliers, provisions for litigation, bad debts, etc.), ▪ Monthly monitoring of the Division's intra-group flows (+100 companies with major plant/distributor transactions), ▪ Management and Analysis of Thales DIS Shared Costs in accordance with the Group's Transfer Pricing policy.
