- Responsible for developing relationships with customers that promote portfolio development, expansion, retention and loyalty. - Serve as an improvement partner, while providing improvement best practices and challenging customers to think differently. - Devise and facilitate Customer Success plans based on in-depth knowledge of the customer's organizational goals. - Monitor data trends and provide meaningful insights through dynamic presentations. - Provide proactive outreach and maintain account health. - Lead all customer calls relating to strategy, value, growth and improvement.
- Consult with clients through curiosity, discovery focused questioning, and active listening to gain subjective data for an understanding of the client’s current pain points and goals. - Identify opportunities to empower the client with training and education. - Engineer a roadmap for the client with SMART goals. - Kick off and onboard clients to new workflows and best practices. - Proactively anticipate and analyze metrics to ensure success. - Responsible for leading clients through unique milestones and managing timelines in parallel. - Demonstrate problem solving and adaptability with dynamic customer facing scenarios. - Document subjective reports and objective data utilizing EHR/EMR software (athenahealth). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
