      I acted as a panelist in February 2025, and February 2026 to welcome new UpReach Associates. 🔹I had a great time speaking at the upReach Welcome Event at the University of Warwick. As part of the Current Associate Panel, I joined another associate in answering questions from around 25 new members about our experiences with upReach. 🔹We discussed employer events we’ve attended, soft skills we’ve developed, and how we balance university with career progress. 🔹After the panel, we took part in a networking session, which was a great opportunity to connect with new associates and share insights.
