With over 12 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Human Resources, I design and lead projects that unlock the full potential of people and organizations. Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered numerous training programs, led talent management and leadership development initiatives, and implemented digital learning platforms. In addition, I have played an active role in managing Employee Value Proposition (EVP) projects, developing internal communication strategies, and designing end-to-end Organizational Development (OD) processes. Currently serving as an L&D Manager, I manage the full scope of processes from strategic training planning to organizational development initiatives, leadership and talent programs, and performance evaluation systems, while also leading internal communication and OD projects that enhance employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture.
