Responsible for creating and tracking the product backlog for the billing & collection processes which were implemented with company-owned softwares: Feniks (Core System) and Payment HUB (Payment & Collection Management). In addition to organizing the product backlog, I was also responsible for following the scrum ceremonies within the scrum master role in the team. All the project, change request and defect management for CRM platform were fullfiled within the roles of business analyst and Power User. Especially, designing the termination processes in pension system and supporting the development phase within the role of Power User in Microsoft Dynamics CRM were the main responsibilities for Operational Excellence Project.
Responsible for developing the IoT business model and designing a display area for SmartThings products.
Built the skills for DameWare, mstsc, Active Directory, SCCM, Visual Studio and SQL Server. Especially trained on network structures and servers.
