Lead the Finance Project Management function at Trendyol Group, driving international expansion, finance transformation, and operational scaling initiatives across Turkey, Gulf countries, CEE, and other strategic markets. Manage a cross-functional team responsible for building scalable finance, payments, compliance, and operational infrastructure in high-growth environments. Lead strategic initiatives across embedded finance, payment ecosystem integrations, e-invoicing transformation, cross-border operations, regulatory compliance, and finance process design, working closely with executive leadership and technology teams. Own the execution of large-scale regional initiatives, including new market launches, operational model transitions, and multi-market finance and operational scaling projects.
