As an Executive Recruiting Coordinator, I organized schedules of interviews across time zones to prepare candidates and interviewers. In line with this, I fostered collaborative efforts with key stakeholders and international business teams by communicating development-focused sourcing strategies and deploying scalable solutions. I also generated reports on new hiring metrics like time to fill a position, time to hire, source of hire, etc. Overall, I consistently sustained a high level of confidentiality in facilitating applicants' relevant data.
