This comprehensive internship expanded beyond my core focus on production, providing a holistic perspective on all aspects of an R&D company's operations. Thanks to the company's compact structure and strong interdepartmental communication, I gained a deeper understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from initial conception and design to final production and sales. This experience enhanced my understanding of the critical relationship between technical production processes, operational management, and supply chain dynamics. From a technical perspective, I closely observed key production elements, including production methodology, inventory/warehousing systems, and workflow analysis. By attending Asakai meetings, learning how to manage daily and weekly production schedules, and following a systematic approach to resolving production errors, I gained practical knowledge of planning and coordination. This intensive period significantly strengthened my problem-solving skills and ability to utilize strategic foresight. Furthermore, by serving as a liaison between production and management teams, I developed the communication skills necessary for success in complex business environments.
